Hi, I’m Emily Wadsworth- a Licensed Massage Therapist, PTA, John Barnes trained (Expert Level) Myofascial Release Therapist, Arvigo Maya Abdominal Practitioner and the founder of Viable Roots. Empowered with over ten years of experience practicing Physical Therapy in outpatient orthopedics and pediatrics, I have developed a unique approach to health and wellness over the years. I have been practicing JFB Myofascial Release Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy for years providing amazing, results driven work. I work with ages birth to adult. I specialize in Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Infertility, Chronic Pain, and Therapeutic Integrative Bodywork consisting of, but not limited to, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy and most recently, SomatoEmotional Release. My ultimate goal: to not just treat the symptoms but to help treat the root cause. To promote a balance where ‘East meets West’ in healthcare. Beyond Emily’s professional role, she is a devoted wife to her husband, Ryan of 16 years and mother to their 5 beautiful children including their oldest daughter and two sets of twin boys. Outside of work, Emily enjoys time with family, cooking, baking, decorating, going to sports events, hiking, traveling and exploring the great outdoors. When she steps away from the studio, she can be found spending time with her littles, reading, or discovering hidden-gems and restaurants with her family.
